TRANSPORT

Sea and air transport to and from the UAE and Gulf countries.

We organise air and sea transport of vehicles to and from the UAE and Gulf countries, including sports, luxury and high-value vehicles. We handle both permanent import and export as well as temporary vehicle movements, including processes based on a CPD (Carnet de Passages en Douane) and tourist certificate where applicable.

For temporary movements, we coordinate the required permits and documents, temporary export or import formalities, payment of the required deposit to the relevant authorities and the procedure for its refund after the vehicle returns.

We also coordinate transport, customs clearance, documentation, vehicle handover and collection, and cooperation with agents at both ends of the shipment.

We photographically document the condition of the vehicle at every stage - handover, loading and collection.

Sea and air transport can be covered by cargo insurance, depending on the vehicle value and scope of transport.

VERIFICATION & PURCHASE

Buying a vehicle in the UAE.

For clients from Poland and other European countries, we verify vehicles in the UAE before purchase. We inspect and assess the vehicle, assist with the purchase and collection, check documentation and prepare the vehicle for export.

This service is backed by years of practical automotive experience in sales, servicing, diagnostics and spare parts. Our experience with sports and luxury vehicles dates back to 2002. We do not assess a vehicle solely from photographs, a seller's description or an online report.

When purchasing, we also recommend an additional paid VIN check in appropriate databases as a complement to the physical inspection.

NON-EUROPEAN SPECIFICATION

New and used vehicles outside European specification.

We have practical experience importing and preparing for registration vehicles that do not exist in European specification. This mainly concerns off-road models offered in the UAE and Gulf markets that are not available through official European distribution.

Based on completed cases, we establish the requirements for import, road approval and subsequent registration in the destination country. We coordinate the documentation and required technical stages with the appropriate specialists.

We do not promise ways around homologation requirements. We establish whether a lawful and practically viable route to registration exists for the specific vehicle and then help coordinate that process.

EXPORT & SEA FREIGHT

The destination route matters.

Because customs clearance differs between regions and seaports handling imports from third countries, we select the destination port according to how the vehicle will be imported into Europe.

For vehicles imported under standard rules, we route sea freight from the UAE to Rotterdam. For vehicles moved to Poland as personal effects, we organise direct sea freight to Gdynia.

For other goods, the route and transport method depend on the nature of the cargo, customs requirements and final destination. We plan the route, documents and clearance method before transport begins.

We also organise vehicle transport as part of personal effects when relocating from the UAE to Poland and other European countries.

TEMPORARY USE IN EUROPE

A UAE-registered vehicle during a stay in Europe.

This is a process we know from practice. We organise transport and documents and plan what will be required while the vehicle is abroad.

A UAE-registered vehicle may be used temporarily in Europe without European registration. Contrary to a common simplification, this does not in every case mean an absolute six-month limit. The available route and permitted period depend, among other things, on the user's status, purpose and nature of the stay, and the applicable procedure.

If the vehicle is to remain in Europe for longer, we prepare the process before shipment. We establish the requirements for use abroad and, on the UAE side, help prepare and renew the required documents at the appropriate time so the vehicle maintains the correct status while outside the Emirates.

We look at the entire process - from the vehicle leaving the UAE, through its use in Europe, to the documents and formalities required during a longer stay.

RTA & LOCAL VEHICLE SUPPORT

UAE-side formalities.

Where required, we also handle local vehicle matters: RTA procedures, documents, technical inspections, registration, insurance and export documentation.

This is not the main focus of our vehicle service. It is the operational support that allows us to coordinate the complete process without sending the client from one intermediary to another.
