Within the agreed scope we handle local communication and negotiations, sign documents where properly authorised, and organise collection, storage, consolidation, customs clearance and transport.
SETTLEMENT
Local transaction coordination.
Where the transaction structure, documentation and banking or regulatory requirements permit, we can coordinate local settlement within a previously agreed and documented mandate.
We act as the client’s representative. We do not become a party to the underlying commercial transaction.
LOCAL TRADE SUPPORT
From collection to shipment.
We can organise collection of goods, container positioning, customs clearance, documentation and shipment to Europe, coordinating the process locally.
